Health is the real wealth. Every student must try to keep good health. It is not very difficult to do so. The first requirement and oldest rule is 'Early to bed and early to rise.' Morning air is fresh. Student should take exercise in this air. Before the exercises, a short effective prayer before the Lord will make a stronger beginning of the day. Then good food is also necessary. We should avoid junk food. Milk, some butter, cornflakes, breads or eggs can be a part of student's morning diet. Morning food or breakfast in this region may also consist of traditional fooditems like roti or flatbreads, pulao-bhaji, suji, pitha, biroin or glutinous rice, etc. Students should take meals at regular hours. It is not good to keep on eating something or the other all the time. Taking homemade tiffins to schools and colleges keeps the health better. Then lastly, for a healthy body we need a tension-free mind which is possible if we do not procrastinate and do our studies and work timely.
i) What are the beginnings of good health in the mornings for students before food?
ii) How should be the diet chart of students?
iii) Give the list of modern and traditional food items that can be taken in the mornings.
