These are some common punctuation marks used in writing.
Here are some examples of how punctuation is used in sentences:
1. Period:
- Original: She went to the store
- With Period: She went to the store.
2. Comma:
- Original: I like apples and oranges
- With Comma: I like apples, and oranges.
3. Question Mark:
- Original: Where are you going
- With Question Mark: Where are you going?
4. Exclamation Mark:
- Original: That's amazing
- With Exclamation Mark: That's amazing!
5. Colon:
- Original: Please bring the following items milk, bread, eggs
- With Colon: Please bring the following items: milk, bread, eggs.
6. Semicolon:
- Original: I have a meeting at 3 pm I'll be back by 4 pm
