A soliloquy is a dramatic monologue in which a character expresses their thoughts or feelings aloud, often revealing inner conflicts or emotions. It is typically delivered when the character is alone on stage. An example is Hamlet's "To be or not to be" soliloquy, where he contemplates the nature of existence and the moral implications of life and death.
